The fire was caused by an electrical fault in the roof space of the property, which caused serious damage to the roof structure and rooms below. HB Jones (MIDLANDS) LIMITED were instructed to completely renew all of the roof section to the rear of this property, fully strip and renew all internal plastered walls & ceilings, Carpets & floor coverings, electrics etc. Then full decorations to all the effected areas to bring the property back to its original condition before the fire started.
