Sutton Bonnington Hall
Sutton Bonington Hall is an elegantQueen Anne country house in the heart of the Midlands offering weddings, private parties, conferences and fine dining. Earlier this year HB Jones (MIDLANDS) LIMITED carried out some extensive subsidence repairs to this listed building. Steel beams were fixed in place to support the existing roof structure as the 200 year old timber beams had become unsuitable. New timber ceiling joists were installed through out to replace the existing. Crack repairs & plastering works were carried out in two of the upstairs rooms followed by decorations to bring this historic building back to its original state. High Street, Riddings, Alfreton : The whole property has been affected by fire damage and extensive reinstatement, including complete re-plastering, new staircase, replacement kitchen and bathroom suite plus redecorations and replacement UPVC door and windows throughout.
Wilmott Street, Long Eaton: Another property severely affected by fire. The roof is now completely removed and we are starting to fix the complete new roof shortly. Internal reinstatement of the property will follow, upon completion of the roofing works.
