Late last year the first & Second floors to this property were severely damaged by a fire within the roof space. HB Jones (MIDLANDS) LIMITED started the strip out and repair works at the start of January 2010, and are now well underway in restoring this property back to its original condition. The existing damaged roof has been taken off, new trusses have been designed, manufactured and constructed. A complete new floor is being constructed to re-produce to second floor level within the roof space including the construction of a new staircase for access to this level. On completion of these works the affected areas are to be fully decorated to complete the claim. Please see the pictures within this area of the gallery to follow our progress throughout the works.

High Street, Riddings, Alfreton : The whole property has been affected by fire damage and extensive reinstatement, including complete re-plastering, new staircase, replacement kitchen and bathroom suite plus redecorations and replacement UPVC door and windows throughout.
Wilmott Street, Long Eaton: Another property severely affected by fire. The roof is now completely removed and we are starting to fix the complete new roof shortly. Internal reinstatement of the property will follow, upon completion of the roofing works.
