HB Jones provides a wide diversity of options available to the client. We are happy to assist you in making your decisions using our expertise and knowledge, dependent on the technology available and the present economic climate. You have the option of allowing us to simply build the extension, or we can even manage the whole project from designs to completion.

It may be reassuring to know that HB Jones is a member of high class governing bodies within the construction industry. In addition to our own Health & Safety policies, which state method of safe works and risk assessments, the National Federation of Builders and the SAFE contractor achievements prove that we are more than capable in providing a safe and reliable system of works that relieve the client from any stress and worry that may be encountered during self managed building projects.

This can be related to the recycling of our waste, protecting the areas at which we work and using eco-friendly products in our building methods. Depending upon your personal needs, we can also provide you the option of installing specialist renewable energy sources to help power your conversion / extension.

Description of services

We are happy to provide a range of services within the building project. Dependent upon your needs, HB Jones can be involved in all aspects of the design, plan, substructure, superstructure, decorations, landscaping, and services phases of the construction project. Alternatively, we can simply arrive to your needs on either one or a number of these phases to your requirements.

Free consultation visits

Please feel free to call if you require any advice or aid when trying to decide how to approach any changes to your current property. Upon your convenience a surveyor can visit you to discuss any needs you may require and possibly quote for potential works. All this will be done free of charge and is there solely for your benefit during the initial stages of the project.

Planning information and legislation advice

This may sound rather daunting for most people, but rest assured, HB Jones can provide expert advice and if required, the full service of planning for your new extension. This will include applying for planning permission and fulfilling all necessary building regulations that are associated with most (not all) extension projects.
